ABSTRACT

RESUMEN El objetivo de este artículo es, en una primera parte, describir cómo se presentan y se viven los conflictos en la escuela secundaria, para reflexionar después, en torno a la paz imperfecta, el tratamiento y proceso que brinda la escuela a los conflictos escolares, para concluir con las generalidades de una propuesta intercultural y no violenta, como alternativa de mejora de la convivencia entre docentes y estudiantes. ABSTRACT The objective of this article is, first, to describe how conflicts are presented and experienced in secondary school, to later reflect on imperfect peace, and the treatment and process that the school provides for school conflicts, in order to conclude with the generalities of an intercultural and non-violent proposal, as an alternative to improve coexistence between teachers and students.
